The living water float is comprised of a wooden frame made of 2x4s, a long, flowing paper sheet painted blue, plastic sheeting, Styrofoam rocks, and potted plants. The height and length are only limited to the size of our trailer. However, 6’ high by 10’ long accomplishes the imagery we are seeking. The back of it would be more rounded.
The rocks are made from Styrofoam, cut into varying sizes of cubes so that we can make the rocks cascade down. A hot knife is a tool needed to easily shape the Styrofoam into rocks and then they can be painted.
The water is plastic sheeting (saran wrap is also used) scrunched up and placed over the blue paper.
Skirting around the trailer, preferably sparkly but not too shiny.
Artificial plants placed around the water and rocks will round out the visual appeal.
