The ladies of Bethel Lutheran Church in White Rock have invited the ladies of Mt. Horeb to join with them in their Fellowship Hall for CHAIR YOGA!! For $40.00 (paid at first class) from January 21 to March 11. This is the same lady, Cindy Smith, who did chair yoga at our Ladies Retreat. All levels and abilities are welcome!
